Dalem Balingkang Temple
Location
Pura Dalem Balingkang is located in the village of Pinggan, district of Kintamani, Bangli regency, precisely in the north of Lake Batur and the east side of Pura Bukit Penulisan. It is approximately 40 km from the town of Bangli. If you are coming from Denpasar, just follow the path Denpasar-Singaraja through Kintamani. Arriving at Pura Bukit Penulisan, turn right and follow the direction.

A bit of History.
Narrated Sri Raja Raja Haji Jayapangus or Harkajalancana casteled in

Accompanied by his faithful servants finally he decided to flee to the woods and set up his new palace called Pura Dalem Balingkang. Dalem Balingkang is derived from the word 'Dalem', the name of the place, Kuta Dalem Jong Les; the word 'Bali' was taken since he mastered the world of Bali at that time; while the word 'kang' was taken from his second wife's name Kang Cing We.
As a result of the eruption of
Temple Structure.
Based on PHDI publication, the initial structure of temples is a complex Pura Tanggun Titi. Here stand a cult of Ratu Ngurah Sakti Tanggun Titi, Ratu Mas Melanting, Ratu Sakti Gede Penyarikan, and Sang Hyang Haji Saraswati. The second complex is Cangapit building, the entrance to which is fitted a king sitting while watching Jro Gede 'mepada' surrounds the temple.
At the middle yard, there is Paruman Agung, a shire of all Devas. Also a pelinggih Ratu Ayu Subandar, as a worship of Goddess Kang Wi Ci, which is believed by Chinese people as a place of asking blessing.
In the main yard, there is a worship of Puri Agung Petak on eleventh overlapping Meru. At the left side there is a ninth overlapping Meru. Also there is a shrine of Dalem Balingkang on brick building - seven overlapping Meru.
